Beals Historical Society

The Beals Heritage Society is a very worthwhile orgnization. Sadly it received very little public support. BHS receives no tax dollars, we individuals tend to plan to give later.

We have a new calendar for 2020 and it is the perfect solution to ease the stress of finding the perfect gift for a relative or friend. We do this to help The Beals Historical Society, but we enjoy the calls and notes we receive from the many people who buy them for themselves and those who receive them as gifts. Especially nice is when those who have moved away let us know how much the calendars mean to them. And what could be easier, address the nice white envelope and the gift is ready for the giving. The gift that gives all year, and every month they will know you have helped The Beals Historical Society preserve our heritage for your children and their children. Available at Carvers Heating Beals, Call Luther Beal 207 – 497 – 3191 or email; Thank you, Luther and Alice Beal Only $18.00 plus $2.75 postage.

Just want to acknowledge that we're grateful to have you drop by at our first Thursday in June Evening Devotions with Jerry & Bette. Thank you for joining us. Our focus this week of Pentecost was on the presence & power of the Holy Spirit, significant prayer, & some lovely readings & song videos. Then we shared a few testimonies including Bette's & my personal impression while kneeling for 9 minutes this Wednesday with 300+ other communities friends & leaders at the Camden Village Green during a peaceful protest on behalf of George Floyd & others relating systemic racism in America.

Our next Evening Devotions with Jerry & Bette is Thurs., June 11, beginning at 6:30 PM with fellowship & the devotion starting at 7:00 & closing around 8:00.

Be in great hope!
